About Dr. Franklin

Dr. Franklin grew up in western Kentucky.  He completed both medical school and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Louisville.  His pediatric ophthalmology fellowship was completed at Washington University in St. Louis.  Dr. Franklin enjoys all aspects of pediatric ophthalmology, but has a special interest in pediatric cataracts and glaucoma.
