About Dr. Shrader
Dr. Shrader was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After attending medical school at the University of Louisville, he took a residency at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia and followed with a glaucoma fellowship under George L. Spaeth, M.D. He returned home and joined Ophthalmology Associates in 1989, specializing in the care and treatment of patients with glaucoma. Dr. Shrader has been teaching residents as an assistant professor on the Gratis faculty at the University of Louisville Department of Ophthalmology since that time, as well.
